I chose power.
Power to be myself. to have strength. to kick ass and not feel ashamed.
Power to feel compassion. to be on top. to be selfish and not feel bad.
Power to do just more than achieve, but climb.

Pearls have become more than just putting them on a string around your neck.
They have become a symbol of glamour, class and femininity.
|It is no longer an accessory but an icon, and for me it is the only thing worth wearing.
Pearls have been paired with every material and substance.. leather..lace..lucite.. gold
(the list could go on and on)
No matter what it is paired with, it always creates an essence of beauty and sophistication
so why not pair it with something bohemian and free like feathers?
Made by a local college student Kate Greenwood right here in Boston.
Her line Green-Wood Design has been doing extremely well, and there is no surprise there
the earrings she creates are impeccably detailed and beautiful.

Because of my love for asymmetry, I can’t help but wear one pair, and a pearl stud on the other. I am so in love with them!

I am very proud to present a very talented artisan
who not only makes fabulous pieces, but is a really good friend of mine.
I met her my freshman year of college and found out she makes such creative and unique items using brass, copper and steel wire. Her pieces have been showcased in many college fashion shows around Boston but the best thing of all she was recently showcased in Boston Fashion Week 2009!
